Intertech views assembly and secondary operations as separate from processing. An efficient assembly operation establishes line layouts and rates based on sound tools for accurate assessment and develops standards with the studies, quality and employee in mind.

At Intertech Plastics, we utilize state-of-the-art time study and movement tools along with efficient line layout to provide our customers with cost-competitive assembly prices.

The experts at Intertech first asses whether the assembly can be done effectively at the machine or whether it requires a separate line. We develop a time study analysis through MODAPS, the most respected time study and movement program available.

Once the analysis is complete, Intertech's team develops a line or machine operation layout which is reviewed by our engineering and facilities staff for recommended changes and machine automation suggestions and costing. Finaly layout, staffing and costing proposals are then presented to our customer. Once in production, we assess the actual time study and review on a periodic basis for possible improvements.

Intertech's facility features 30,000 square feet of managed warehouse space for storage of our customers' inventory. Our experienced fulfillment staff is capable of managing simple or complex shipments worldwide via small package carriers, LTL freight carriers or overseas freight forwarding.
