Noel Ginsburg, company president and founder, believes it is important for Intertech Plastics to play a vital role as a responsible corporate citizen. The company and its employees are involved in a variety of community programs. A few examples are:

Mile High United Way
Noel Ginsburg, president and founder of Intertech Plastics, served as fundraising campaign chair in 1997 - raising $26.8 million to support human service agencies throughout the Denver Metro area.

Greater Denver Chamber of Commerce
Intertech Plastics has been represented on the Board of Directors of the Greater Denver Chamber of Commerce by Noel Ginsburg. Among other duties, he co-chaired the Education Committee during his tenure on the Board.

School To Career Initiative
Noel Ginsburg has been involved with this community project since its inception. This program was designed to engage students ath the high school level in career interests and match them to local hands-on opportunities. Intertech Plastics works closely with Montbello High School to implement this important initiative. Noel partnered with Colorado Governor Roy Romer to serve on the National Governors' Association Round Table on School to Work and served as vice chair of Colorado's School to Career Steering Committee.

Intertech Basic Training and Tutoring Program
Intertech employees are eligible to receive basic training in English, math and science through the company's Basic Training program. In addition, the company offers basic skills tutoring to the children of its employees.

Colorado I Have A Dream Foundation
Noel Ginsburg, was a founding board member of this organization which encourages "high risk" inner city school children to reverse negative trends by graduating from high school. Upon graduation from high school, each student, or "Dreamer," receives a $4,000 scholarship payable to his or her chosen post-secondary institution. Noel and his wife, Leslie, now sponsor a class of 42 "Dreamers" from the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Denver.
