Ongoing Training

Intertech Plastics, Inc. provides its employees with a comprehensive ongoing training program. Each employee completes an in-depth orientation to the injection molding process and has been trained in Intertech's criteria for achieving the highest level of quality possible.

Intertech Plastics employees move through a multi-level training program and receive pay increases as each new level is attained. We encourage promotion from within and have developed in-house programs which provide the means for employees who wish to gain knowledge outside their normal day-to-day responsibilities with the opportunity to do so. We also provide a liberal tuition reimbursement program that allows Intertech employees to pursue ongoing formal education and training at local colleges, universities and technical centers.

These training initiatives have enabled Intertech Plastics, Inc. to drastically reduce employee turnover, improve morale and eliminate chronic absenteeism problems.
