In-Mold Labeling (IML)
For high durability, face and abrasion resistance, and tamper resistance, there is no substitute for in-mold decorating. We provide decorating solutions for your graphics as they are inlayed inside your existing tools, in any plastic or rubber material.
The process – labels are printed and inserted into your mold during the molding cycle, which allows the material to flow and infiltrate the porous label material, creating a single part with your molded-in graphics.
The result - Cycle times, scrap, and rework are all reduced compared to traditional post-labeling and decorating operations.
Pad Printing / Hot Stamping
We have developed unique manufacturing processes that apply eye-catching graphics to your products, providing in-house creation and production solutions from both single-head and multi-head work cells. We deliver accurate image reproduction onto a variety of surfaces and print your image onto just about any part, even those with multiple contours.
