Community Engagement

Throughout Intertech’s history, we have experienced both triumphs and challenges; but, our commitment to Colorado has been steadfast. It is simple – Intertech is focused on “Molding a Better World.” We firmly believe that the company will be as successful as our community and talent development activities.

Intertech has supported many Colorado community and educational initiatives. However, most notably is our leadership in the innovative apprenticeship program, CareerWise. Not only has this program increased young people’s interest in a career in manufacturing, but it has also provided our organization innovative and motivated team members who are having an immediate impact on our business.
